Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (2% or 4%)
  • 2-3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (optional for mix-in)

Instructions
 

Step 1

  • In a blender or food processor, add 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Step 2

  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed

Step 3

  • Transfer the blended mixture to a mixing bowl

Step 4

  • Add 1/2 cup of almond flour and 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder to the bowl

Step 5

  • Stir until everything is well combined. If the dough is too thin, add more almond flour; if too thick, add a splash of milk

Step 6

  • Fold in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips or other preferred mix-ins

Step 7

  • Optional - Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge for a firmer texture

Step 8

  • Serve as is, or roll into small bite-sized balls for a convenient snack. Enjoy!
