Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken (can use rotisserie or pre-cooked)
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 cups Fresh greens (like romaine or mixed lettuce)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 unit Avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing (or preferred dressing)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 unit Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Toss until the chicken is well coated. Set aside.

Assemble the Salad

  • In a large bowl, add the fresh greens, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado.

Add the Chicken
